Inspiration & Praise

YOU REALLY SHOULD BE THERE
I'm part of a wonderful church congregation,
That on Sunday mornings loves their weekly conversations.
You can see it in each smile and on every face,
When they're talking to this one and that one, and they're all over the place!
So Charlie really has his morning work cut out -
Trying to make announcements and tell what they're about.
But I've seen what Charlie sees, and Oh what a view!
It's not a problem at all - Its actually the best part of you!
For once we're inside this sanctuary,
We're bound by God - We're His Family.
Sharing our lives and it's events of the week,
Taking advantage of this special time to meet.
With hearts full of love for one another,
Ready to worship and praise our Lord and Saviour!
Not let us take tomorrow, these blessings we receive today -
Share them with others, so that maybe they will say...
Save me a seat at your church next Sunday!
So I too can have a wonderful Monday!!!

IMAGINE HEAVEN – OUR HOME
When I was young, I loved to play pretend.
My imagination seemingly had no end.
But even on my best day of wild imagination,
I could never fully conceive God’s heavenly creation.
I do know it’s better than what I can dream,
And that everyone should desire it – or so it would seem.
So if there is one who doesn’t believe Heaven can be their home,
Our greatest mission is to tell them Jesus Our Savior will truly come.
We can trust God’s Word, His Love and His Promise,
That where Jesus is now, is being prepared for us.
For all to live in eternity with Our Savior to reign,
with no tears, no sorrow, no death and no pain.
So we must see that there are none left out -
Let everyone know that Jesus is what real life is truly about!
Life as we know it lasts a short time at best.
It’s as if on earth, we’re only a guest.
But once Heaven’s door opens, it will never close -
And all the wonders awaiting?..........
ONLY GOD KNOWS.
